About Your Beloved Pet at the Rainbow Bridge
We have prepared a few questions about "that pet" who has departed for the Rainbow Bridge, and "that pet" who is living at the foot of the Rainbow Bridge.
Please take your time to reflect on your memories while filling out the form.
You can register and view the pages from both PCs and smartphones.
Of course, not only ferrets, but also cats, dogs, hedgehogs, leopard geckos, java sparrows, and many others—all your precious, beloved children—can be registered.
- Note: To allow everyone to use the park for free, we utilize a third-party advertising service. (There is no registration fee or usage fee.)
- Rest assured, even if the operating structure changes in the future and the service becomes fee-based for any reason, registered users will not be charged retroactively for registration fees or usage fees up to that point.

1Submit Registration Application via the Form
You will enter information about "your beloved pet" that you wish to register.
Please enter the information that will be displayed on the page, such as the date of birth and age at death.
Currently, you can register up to three photos (you may register only one).
The uploadable file types are ".jpg", ".png",or ".jpeg", and the maximum receivable size is "5MB". However, please note that due to site specifications, the images you send will be published after being resized.
If no specific image is designated, the first photo will be the main image. If the pet's face is cropped when displayed, we may crop and adjust the image to fill the blank space.
You can use vertical photos, but the one displayed at the top will be a landscape photo, so please be sure to prepare at least one landscape photo.
- Please note that registration cannot be completed if required fields are left blank (including selecting "I do not want to write").

2Receive the Email
You will receive an email within one week of submitting the registration application.
- Note: Because the URL of the registration page is attached, mobile carrier emails (docomo.ne.jp, softbank.ne.jp, ezweb.ne.jp/au.mail) may treat the message as spam and reject the important guidance. When applying, please be sure to use a Gmail or PC email address.
The URL contained in the email will be the "Pet's Memory Page."
Please save the page URL using the method you find easiest to revisit (e.g., bookmark function, shortcut function, or adding to the home screen).
- If you lose the URL, you can search for the page using the "Search window" with the name you registered, such as "XX Family's Pet Name."

3Add Information Later, Anytime and Repeatedly
If memories you wish to add, such as episodes, suddenly come to mind, please use the comment section.
If you initially registered one or two photos and later wish to add more, please write "Photo addition request" in the comment section. We will send a dedicated photo addition URL to your registered email address within three days.
Other users may also use the comment section as a Guest Book (message board), but users (the registrants themselves) will not receive notifications.
Please feel free to use it without being constrained by the need to "reply."
- Note: All comments are subject to approval by the administrator.

4Other Features
- Each pet, including your second, third, and subsequent registered pets, will have their own dedicated, single-page room. Furthermore, the site is designed so you can visit the pages of your other pets directly from each page. (Therefore, please unify the "XX Family" name used during registration for all your pets.)
- Share buttons for various SNS are provided on the page. Please utilize these to inform friends and family. This button is only designed to share the page. Therefore, please select whether to "display" or "hide" your SNS account on the memorial page during the registration process.
- The "offering" functions (for flowers and incense) do not include a counting function or a notification function for the user. We hope that anyone may use these functions for the purpose of organizing their feelings at that moment and place.
Note for Non-Registrant Users
Memorial Park Itachi no Ouchi was established as a place to remember beloved pets who have departed for heaven.
Functions such as "offerings" and "comments" can be used by anyone, but since it is not an SNS for enjoying interaction, there will be no approach (notification) sent to the user (the registrant).
By using this site, including the use of the comment section, you are considered to have agreed to our Privacy Policy.
